摘　　要：文章对陕西学前师范学院图书馆的OA资源建设及读者利用情况进行调查,详细分析调查所得的数据,发现该校图书馆在OA资源建设及读者利用方面存在的问题,阐述了高校图书馆建设OA资源的必要性,并从多角度提出完善图书馆OA资源建设体系、提升读者满意度的可行性对策。This paper investigates the construction of OA resources and the utilization of readers in the library of Shaanxi Xueqian Normal University, analyzes the data obtained from the survey in detail, finds the problems existing in the construction of OA resources and the utilization of readers in the library of Shaanxi Xueqian Normal University,expounds the necessity of building OA resources in university libraries, and puts forward feasible countermeasures to improve the construction system of OA resources and improve readers’ satisfaction from multiple angles.
