摘　　要：该文从市域和中心城区2个层面提出了合肥市生物遗传多样性保护的基本原则,划定了市域生物遗传多样性重点保护的区域和重点保护物种;指明了中心城区生物遗传多样性保护的重点工作,即:(1)加大植物园引种力度,增设植物物种专类园区;(2)加强技术合作,提高生物遗传多样性研究水平;(3)建立生物遗传多样性保护小区,创造生物遗传多样的栖息地;(4)提高动物园驯养繁殖能力,保护并合理利用濒危动物资源;(5)实施再引进工程;(6)开展资源监测和科学研究;(7)严格管控河流、水库的非法捕捞。旨在为合肥市开展生物遗传多样性保护工作提供参考。This paper puts forward the basic principles for the protection of biological genetic diversity in Hefei from the two levels of urban area and central urban area,and delimits the key protection areas and key protected species of biological genetic diversity in Hefei;The key work of biological genetic diversity protection in the central urban ar⁃ea is pointed out,namely:(1)Increasing the introduction of botanical gardens and adding special parks for plant spe⁃cies;(2)Strengthen technical cooperation and improve the research level of biological genetic diversity;(3)Estab⁃lish bio genetic diversity protection community and create bio genetic diversity habitat;(4)Strengthen the domestica⁃tion and breeding capaCity of zoos,protect and make rational use of endangered animal resources;(5)Implement re introduction project;(6)Carry out resource monitoring and scientific research;(7)Strictly control illegal fishing in rivers and reservoirs.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the protection of biogenetic diversity in He⁃fei.
