摘  要:对五轴加工中心的精度保持性提出精准的数学模型;在此基础上,创建基于刚体动力学的加工中心空间位置精度保持性模型,以评价加工中心精度保持能力。探讨加工中心精度与各种误差之间的关系。以B-C五轴加工中心为例进行分析,对相关关键指标进行743天跟踪,找出各项精度指标与加工中心空间坐标的对应关系,辨识关键误差源;找出加工中心的精度保持性随时间变化的规律;完成加工中心精度保持性的定量评估,验证所提出的方法和实验模型的正确性。结果表明:位置精度是影响各轴精度保持性的主要因素;所提方法实现了关键性误差溯源。An accurate mathematical model for the precision retention of the five-axis machining center was put forward;on this basis,a spatial position precision retention model of the machining center based on rigid body dynamics was created to evaluate the machining center precision retention ability.The relationship between machining center precision and various errors was discussed.Taking a B-C five-axis machining center as the experimental object,the key precision indexes of the machining center were tracked for 743 days,the corresponding relationships between the precision indexes and the spatial coordinates of the machining center were found out,and the key error sources were identified;the law of the precision retention of the machining center changing with time was found out;the quantitative evaluation of precision retention of the machining center was completed,and the correctness of the proposed method and experimental model was verified.The results show that the position precision is the main factor affecting the precision retention of each axis;by using the proposed method,the key error traceability can be realized.
