摘 要:分析现有除锈方法的不足,提出小钢珠冲击除锈新方法并设计相关的装置。详细介绍小钢珠冲击除锈方法及其装置的结构特点和动作原理,研究除锈过程中小钢珠间以及小钢珠和锈蚀面间的相互作用情况,分析除锈方法的可行性。使用多体动力学软件ADAMS对小钢珠冲击除锈过程进行仿真分析,验证理论分析的合理性与除锈方法及其应用装置的可行性,分析不同工作参数对小钢珠与锈蚀面间相互作用的影响。理论分析和模拟仿真证明小钢珠冲击除锈方法及其装置可行,并且通过控制旋转盘的转速与压紧力的大小可以改变小钢珠与锈蚀面间接触力的大小,使锈蚀面满足不同的清洁度和粗糙度要求。The shortcomings of existing derusting methods were analyzed,a new method of small-steel-ball impact derusting was put forward and relevant device was designed.The small-steel-ball impact derusting method and the structural characteristics and action principle of the device were introduced in detail.The interaction between small steel balls and between small steel balls and corroded surface in derusting process were studied,and the feasibility of the derusting method was analyzed.The multi-body dynamics software ADAMS was used to simulate the process of small steel ball impact derusting,to verify the rationality of theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the derusting method and device.The influence of different working parameters on the interaction between small steel balls and corroded surface was analyzed.Theoretical analysis and simulation show that the small ball impact rust removal method and device are feasible,and the indirect contact force between the small ball and the rusted surface can be changed by controlling the rotating speed and pressing force of the rotating disc,so that the rusted surface can meet the requirements of different cleanliness and roughness.
