摘  要:矿用设备系统主要采用负载敏感系统来实现液压系统的节能,负载敏感系统中多路阀是主要的控制元件,在每一联多路阀处一般都配置压力补偿阀,而根据压力补偿阀在系统中的位置可分为前置补偿和后置补偿。分析现有前置压力补偿多路阀的特性,提出一种不使用调压弹簧的前置压力补偿技术,在保证前置补偿的基本功能的同时,具备流量抗饱和特性。In mining equipment system,mainly load sensitive system is adopted to realize energy saving of hydraulic system.The multi-channel valve in the load sensitive system is the main control element.The pressure compensation valve is generally configured at each multi-channel valve,which can be divided into pre-compensation and post-compensation according to the position of the pressure compensation valve in the system.The characteristics of the existing pre-pressure compensation multi-channel valve were analyzed,and a pre-pressure compensation technology without pressure regulating spring was proposed.Not only the basic function of pre-compensation ensures,but also it has the characteristics of flow anti-saturation.
