摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加植物精油对麻黄肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和抗氧化能力的影响。选取360只1日龄健康、体重均一的雌性麻黄肉鸡,随机分为3个组,分别为对照组、单一植物精油组(EO1组)和复合植物精油组(EO2组),每组8个重复,每个重复15只鸡。试验期分为3个生长阶段,分别为1~21日龄、22~42日龄和43~65日龄,共计65 d。对照组饲喂基础饲粮;EO1组在1~21日龄时饲喂基础饲粮+300 mg/kg植物精油1(主要成分为肉桂醛),在22~65日龄时饲喂基础饲粮+400 mg/kg植物精油1;EO2组饲喂基础饲粮+150 mg/kg植物精油2(主要成分为肉桂醛、香芹酚和百里香酚)。结果表明:与对照组相比,各试验组肉鸡各阶段平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均无显著差异(P>0.05);21日龄时,EO2组肉鸡血清总抗氧化能力显著高于对照组和EO1组(P<0.05);65日龄时,EO2组肉鸡血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);65日龄时,EO2组肉鸡胸肌红度值显著低于对照组和EO1组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加复合植物精油可以改善麻黄肉鸡抗氧化能力,并会对麻黄肉鸡胸肌肉品质产生影响。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of plant essential oil on growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and antioxidant capacity of Mahuang broilers.A total of 360 healthy female Mahuang broilers of one-day-old with uniform body weight were randomly divided into three groups as control group,single plant essential oil group(EO1 group)and compound plant essential oil group(EO2group),with 8 replicates in each group and 15 broilers in each replicate.The trail lasted for 65 days and was divided into three growth stages which were 1 to 21 days of age,22 to 42 days of age and 43 to 65 days of age.Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet;those in EO1 group were fed the basal diet+300 mg/kg plant essential oil 1(the main component was cinnamaldehyde)from 1 to 21 days of age,and fed the basal diet+400 mg/kg plant essential oil 1 from 22 to 65 days of age;and those in EO2 group were fed the basal diet+150 mg/kg plant essential oil 2(the main components were cinnamaldehyde,carvacrol and thymol).The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain,average daily feed intake and feed to gain ratio of broilers in each experimental group were not significantly different(P>0.05).The serum total antioxidant capacity of broilers in EO2 group was significantly higher than that in the control group and EO1group at 21 days of age(P<0.05).At 65 days of age,the serum total superoxide dismutase activity of broilers in EO2 group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 65 days of age,the redness value in breast muscle of broilers in EO2 group was significantly lower than that in the control group and EO1group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary compound plant essential oil can improve the antioxidant capacity and affect the breast muscle quality of Mahuang broilers.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(5):2970-2979]
