摘  要:本试验旨在比较4个实验室间测定猪饲料酶水解物能值(EHGE)的差异及可加性,为仿生消化法测定猪饲料的有效能值提供参考。采用单因素完全随机设计,在4个实验室内采用生长猪仿生消化方法测定6个饲料原料和由这些饲料原料配制的8个饲粮的EHGE。每个样品在各实验室设5个重复,每个重复1根消化管。结果表明:除实验室1测定的饲粮5的|Z|比分值在2~3外,其余样品的|Z|<2,且4个实验室对每个样品EHGE测定值在h统计量基线两侧均有分布,这表明4个实验室对饲料原料和饲粮EHGE测定值结果均与实验室间的平均值偏差小。4个实验室对每个样品EHGE测定值的k统计量均在2以内,表明实验室间的测定值差异不大。在4个实验室中,仅大麦、豆粕的EHGE测定值在实验室间不存在显著差异(P>0.05),而其他4个饲料原料和饲粮的EHGE测定值在实验室间均有显著差异(P<0.05),但实验室间测定值的平均相对偏差在0.23%~0.99%。实验室间除小麦麸EHGE测定值的变异系数(CV)稍大(重复性CV、实验室间CV和再现性CV分别为1.57%、1.18%和1.97%)以外,其他5个饲料原料和8个饲粮的EHGE测定值的重复性CV、实验室间CV和再现性CV分别在0.33%~0.53%、0.12%~0.91%和0.35%~1.01%。配对T检验表明,实验室1的8个饲粮EHGE计算值的平均值显著低于测定值的平均值(P<0.05),但两者相差仅为0.09 MJ/kg DM。实验室2、3、4的8个饲粮EHGE计算值的平均值与测定值的平均值差异不显著(P>0.05)。4个实验室内饲粮EHGE计算值与测定值间的相关系数均大于0.99(P<0.01)。在8个饲粮EHGE测定值对计算值的线性回归模型中,实验室1、3和4的回归直线与Y=X重叠,而实验室2回归直线的斜率与1有显著差异(P<0.05),截距与0有显著差异(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,4个实验室间测定猪饲料EHGE测定值呈现较小的差异和满意的可加性,可为猪饲料数据库的完善提供稳定的技术支撑。This study was conducted to compare the difference and additivity of the enzymatic hydrolysate gross energy(EHGE)of feeds in 4 laboratories for pigseeds. The experi,and provide a reference for the in vitro digestion method to determine the available energy of fment used a single factor completely random designdients and 8 diets prepared from the above ingredients were determined in 4 lab,and the EHGE of 6 feed ingreoratories using the in vitro digestion method of growing pigs,with 5 replicates per sample in each laboratory and 1 digestion tube for each replicate. The results showed as follows:the | Z | score of feeds were both less than 2 for the deit 5 determined by laboratory 1,except,which was between 2 and 3. Additionally,the EHGE of each sample determined by 4 laboratories was distributed on both sides of the h statistic baselineE of feed ingredients and diets of the 4 laboratories had small deviations from the,which indicated that the EHG average values of4 laboratories. The k statistic of the EHGE determined by the 4 laboratories for each sample was all within 2 indicated that the variability between laboratories was small. The EHGE of barley and soybean meal had n,o differences between laboratories,while the EHGE of other 4 feed ingredients and diets showed significant differences between laboratories(P < 0.05),but the average relative deviation of the determined values between laboratories was between 0.23% and 0.99%. In addition to the larger coefficient of variationratory CV and reproducibility(CVCV w)of wheat bran EHGE between laboratories(repeatability CV,interlaboere1.57%,1.18% and 1.97%,respectively),the repeatability CV,inter-laboratory CV and reproducibility CV of other 5 feed ingredients and 8 diets were 0.33% to 0.53%aired T test showed that the average value of EH,0.12% to 0.91% and 0.35% to 1.01%GE calculated in laboratory 1 for the 8 d,respectively.
