摘　　要：为适应国际上技术法规与技术标准通行的规则,国家标准主管部门提出制定全文强制性标准、逐步用全文强制性工程建设规范取代现行标准中分散的强制性条文,新制定标准原则上不再设置强制性条文。2021年9月住房与城乡建设部发布了国家标准《建筑给水排水与节水通用规范》(GB 55020-2021),该规范是给水排水行业三本全文强制性标准之一,适用建筑给水排水与节水工程的设计、施工、验收、运行和维护。In order to adapt to the prevailing rules of international technical regulations and standards, the competent department of national standards proposed to formulate full-text mandatory codes and gradually replace the scattered mandatory provisions in the current standards with full-text mandatory engineering construction specifications. In principle, mandatory provisions should not be set in the newly formulated standards. In september 2021, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the national standard General code for design of building water supply and drainage and water saving(GB 55020-2021), which is one of the three mandatory codes for the water supply and drainage industry, and is applicable to the design, construction, acceptance, operation and maintenance of building water supply and drainage and water saving projects.
