摘　　要：按照雄安新区提供优质公共服务,建设优质公共设施的高标准建设要求,将起步区1#供水厂建成一座大型高品质饮用水厂,净水处理工艺采用臭氧预处理+常规处理+臭氧-活性炭+超滤膜+紫外和次氯酸钠联合消毒的全流程处理工艺。介绍了水厂原水水质及供水水质标准、工艺设计、总平面布置、工程特点及生产运行情况。According to the high standard requirements of public facilities that providing high-quality public services in Xiongan New Area, the No.1 water-supply plant in the start-up area has been built into a large-scale high-quality drinking water plant. The whole process flow is adopted in the water plant which involves pre-oznation, conventional treatment process, ozone-activated carbon treatment process, ultrafiltration membrane treatment process, and combined disinfection of sodium hypochlorite and ultraviolet rays. The article provides the main indexes of raw water and water supply standard, the design of water treatment process, the layout of the plant, engineering features, and production performance of the plant.
