摘 要:将高密度沉淀和超滤工艺结合的超短流程工艺运用在老旧水厂现状构筑物的升级改造中,可以实现水质水量的双重提升。河北某地表水净水厂一期改造工程中,针对微污染水源,将传统网格絮凝斜管沉淀池改造为气动絮凝体外污泥回流高度沉淀池,将传统双阀滤池改造为重力产水超滤膜池,并采取增设粉炭,降低铝盐投加量,高密度沉淀池体外浓缩,超滤膜虹吸出水等优化措施。水厂改造后稳定运行2年,产水规模稳定提升25%以上,出水浊度降至0.1 NTU以下,运行成本增加约0.08〜0.15元/m^(3)水。The combination of high concentration sedimentation and ultrafiltration process is applied in the upgrading and renovation of the old water treatment plants to achieve successfully improvements.During a surface water treatment plant phase I upgrading project in Hebei province,micro-polluted water has been raw water,and the inclined tube sedimentation tank has been renovated as a high concentration sedimentation,and the double-valve filter has been transformed into an ultrafiltration membrane.In addition,optimization measures such as adding powdered carbon*reducing the dosage of aluminum,in-vitro concentration of efficient sedimentation tanks,and siphoning water out of ultrafiltration membranes.After successfully operation for 2 years,the scale of water production has been steadily increased by more than 25%,the turbidity of the treated water has dropped below 0.1 NTU.and the operating cost has increased by about 0.08〜0.15 RMB/m^(3),and good results have been achieved.
