摘 要:对目前国内外污水和污泥回收磷技术进行了总结。污水处理过程中,可以从污泥脱水清液、消化后浓缩污泥和污泥焚烧飞灰中进行磷回收,回收率最高可以达到90%以上。磷回收的产品主要有磷酸铵镁、磷酸钙、磷酸等,可以进一步加工成化肥或者用作磷化工原料。对上海市污水处理厂的研究表明,典型进水中磷含量在5.0~6.0 mg/L,有污泥消化工艺污水处理厂的污泥脱水清液中磷含量在89.5~112.7 mg/L,无污泥消化工艺污水处理厂的污泥脱水清液中磷含量在5.5~27.5 mg/L。污泥焚烧飞灰中磷元素含量(以P_(2)O_(5)计)在11.8%~21.4%,同样经消化后污泥的焚烧飞灰中磷含量最高。结合上海市污水和污泥的现状和规划,论述了磷回收的应用前景。This paper gives a review of the domestic and foreign modern technique developments of phosphorus recovery from wastewater and sewage sludge. Generally, phosphorus can be recovered from sludge supernatants, digested sludge and sewage sludge ash during wastewater and sewage sludge treatment process, and a recovery rate above 90% can be expected. The main recovery products can be struvite, white phosphorus, and phosphoric acid, which can be used as fertilizer products for plants or raw material for phosphorus industry. Analyses of WWTPs in Shanghai indicate that phosphorus content in wastewater inflow is generally within the range of 5.0~6.0 mg/L, and 89.5%~112.7% in supernatant with digestion, and 5.5~27.5 mg/L without digestion. Phosphorus content(as P_(2)O_(5)) in SSA is within the range of 11.8%~21.4%, which is especially high in WWTP with digestion. Application prospect in phosphorus recovery for Shanghai according to its wastewater and sewage sludge treatment status is discussed.
