摘  要:在湿陷性黄土地区,常规方法设置检漏井及检漏管沟容易造成建筑物外检查井数量过多,严重影响室外的景观效果.且不利于工程项目日常维护管理。因此,需寻求更加科学合理的设置方式来满足规范规定和室外景观的需求。对检漏井常规做法、局部集中式检漏井设置和其他新型检漏方式进行综合比较,指出湿陷性黄土地区室外检漏井及检漏管沟的设置和建筑物分类、场地湿陷性类型、地基湿陷等级以及地基处理后下部未处理湿陷性黄土层的剩余湿陷量密切相关,结合湿陷性黄土地区建筑经验和施工条件等因素设置室外检漏井和检漏管沟对于整个工程项目的安全性和美观性起至关重要的作用。In the collapsible loess area?there are too many inspection wells outside of the building in the system of the conventional leak detection wells and leak detection pipe ditches,which seriously affect the landscape effect,so it is not conducive to the daily maintenance and management of the project.It is necessary to find a more scientific and reasonable setting way to meet the specification requirements and outdoor landscape requirements.In this paper,the conventional methods of leak detection wells,local centralized and other new leak detection methods are comprehensively compared,and it is pointed out that the setting of outdoor leak detection wells and pipe ditches in collapsible loess area is closely related to the classification of buildings,the type of site collapsibility,the grade of foundation collapsibility and the residual collapsibility of the lower untreated collapsible loess layer after foundation treatment.Combined with the building experience and construction conditions in the collapsible loess area,the setting of outdoor leak detection wells and pipe ditches plays an important role in the safety and aesthetics of the whole project.
