摘 要:某车型针对用户抱怨的行李箱容积偏小,直线制动俯仰角及弯道侧倾角偏大,后轴纵向冲击强,冲击收敛不足问题,对底盘架构进行了全新开发,将后悬架由原来的支柱三连杆结构升级为了集成多连杆结构。分别从结构特性、悬架运动学与弹性运动学特性和整车性能三个层面对这两种悬架进行了综合比较研究。研究表明,新的集成多连杆悬架通过优化侧倾中心高度,抗点头角,轮心纵向退让和纵向柔性等悬架系统特性,从整车级别上实现了对上述用户抱怨问题的优化。In order to reduce the complaints from customers,including small volume of luggage compartment,large pitch angle in straight braking,large roll angle in a bend,strong longitudinal impact and impact after-shake of rear axle,the chassis architecture was newly developed and the rear axle was upgraded from the strut type three link suspension to the integral multi-link suspension.A comprehensive comparison of these two suspensions was performed on the structural level,kinematics and compliance performance level and vehicle performance level.Study shows that the objective of reducing the above customer complaints is achieved on the vehicle level by optimizing the roll center height,anti-dive angle,wheel recession and longitudinal compliance in the new integral multi-link suspension.
