摘　　要：目的:分析注射用比阿培南致白细胞减少的不良反应,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:报道1例患者在抗感染药物治疗期间发生白细胞减少不良反应,并通过病例回顾性分析及不良反应关联性评价分析其原因。结果:本不良反应为注射用比阿培南致白细胞减少的药物不良反应,及时合理处置后可以有效控制。结论:关于患者使用注射用比阿培南引起的不良反应较少,且白细胞减少并不常见,说明书并未记载,在临床应用中需多加关注,保障患者用药安全。Objective:To analyze the adverse drug reactions(ADR)induced by biapenem in order to provide references for clinical safe use of drugs.Methods:A patient with adverse reactions of leukopenia during anti-infective drug therapy was reported.The cause of the symptoms was explored via retrospective analysis and correlation evaluation of ADR.Results:It was found that the above symptoms were ADR induced by biapenem,which could be effectively ameliorated with proper treatment.Conclusion:ADR among people caused by biapenem are seldom reported,and leucopenia is quite rare.The instructions are not recorded,so more attention should be paid in clinical application to ensure the safety of medication for patients.
