摘 要:对聚碳酸酯(PC)的光气界面缩聚法、熔融酯交换缩聚法和非光气熔融酯交换缩聚法等工艺技术进行了综述,详述了非光气熔融酯交换缩聚法的重要中间产物高纯度碳酸二苯酯(DPC)的合成和所用反应器的设计的研究进展和发展前景。认为非光气熔融酯交换缩聚法工艺因不使用有毒物质、原子利用率高、基本无污染、所得产品质量较高,是未来PC工艺技术的发展方向,且可从制备高纯度DPC和设计高效反应器两方面来提高该工艺的反应收率、降低生产成本。还阐述了国内外PC的市场状况、我国PC的产能及未来市场的发展方向。The process techniques of polycarbonate (PC) including the phosgene interfacial polycondensation method,melt transesterification polycondensation method,non-phosgene melt transesterification polycondensation method and so on are reviewed.The research progress and the development prospects of the synthesis and design of the reactor used for the high purity diphenyl carbonate (DPC) which is an important intermediate product in the non-phosgene melt transesterification polycondensation method are described in detail.It is considered that the non-phosgene melt transesterification polycondensation method is the future development direction of the PC process technique because it does not use the toxic substances,has high atomic utilization rate,basically has no pollution,and the obtained products possess higher quality.It can improve the reaction yield and reduce the production cost from two aspects of preparing high purity DPC and designing high efficiency reactor.The market situation of PC at home and abroad,the domestic production capacity of PC and the development direction of the future market are also described.
