摘 要:目的探讨脊柱侧弯患者术后干预期实施有氧耐力训练(AET)联合阻抗运动(IDM)对其术后脊柱功能、Oswestry功能障碍指数及健康调查量表36(SF-36)评分的影响。方法选取脊柱侧弯患者262例,按照干预方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组131例。所有受试者均实施脊柱侧弯手术,对照组接受AET干预,观察组接受AET联合IDM干预,均干预3个月。比较两组患者干预前后的SF-36评分、躯干旋转度、椎体旋转度、最大Cobb角、Oswestry功能障碍指数的差异。结果术后3个月,观察组患者的椎体旋转度、最大Cobb角明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=4.35、5.62,P均<0.05),两组的躯干旋转度比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.48,P>0.05)。术后3个月,观察组患者的Oswestry功能障碍指数低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=17.24、12.54,P均<0.05)。结论AET联合IDM能有效提升脊柱侧弯患者的术后生命质量和改善椎体旋转度、最大Cobb角,提高患者脊柱功能。Objective To investigate the effects of aerobic endurance training(AET)combined with impedance mo-tion(IDM)on postoperative spinal function,Oswestry disability index and short from 36(SF-36)score in patients with scoliosis.Methods A total of 262 patients with scoliosis were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different intervention methods,131 cases in each group.All subjects underwent scoliosis surgery,the control group received AET intervention and the observation group received AET combined with IDM intervention for 3 months.The differences in quality of SF-36 score,trunk rotation,vertebral rotation,maximum Cobb angle,and Oswestry disability index were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results At 3 months after opera-tion,the vertebral rotation angle and the maximum Cobb angle of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.35,5.62,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in trunk rotation angle between the two groups(t=0.48,P>0.05).At 3 months after operation,the Oswestry disability in-dex of the observation group was lower than the control group,and SF-36 score was higher than the control group(t=17.24,12.54,P<0.05).Conclusion AET combined with IDM can effectively improve the postoperative quality of life of patients with scoliosis,improve the vertebral body rotation angle,the maximum Cobb angle,and improve the patient's spi-nal function.
