益气活血方药干预炎症反应抗动脉粥样硬化的作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：动脉粥样硬化是冠心病等临床常见心血管疾病的重要病理基础,其病变与炎症因子所驱动的血管内皮细胞屏障功能障碍及内膜脂质积累、钙化等密切相关。中医学认为营血充盛有赖气之推动、脉之拥遏。炎症细胞浸润致使动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂,血栓形成,血管受损,这一病理过程与气血理论相切合。相较于临床溶栓、介入等治疗手段,中医药具有多靶点、多功效的特点,可有效抑制炎症反应而减少动脉粥样硬化斑块形成。益气活血类方药是中医临床治疗动脉粥样硬化的常用方药,疗效显著。结合中医学理论及现代药理学研究对常用益气活血类方药及单体深入研究,探明其通过抑制炎症反应抗动脉粥样硬化的机制,为益气活血类方药抗动脉粥样硬化的研究提供理论依据及研究方向。参考文献57篇。Atherosclerosis is an important pathological basis of common clinical cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease,and its pathological changes are closely related to vascular endothelial cell barrier dysfunction,intimal lipid accumulation and calcification driven by inflammatory factors. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that accumulation of blood depends on the promotion of qi and the suppression of the pulse. The infiltration of inflammatory cells leads to the rupture of atherosclerotic plaques,the formation of thrombosis,and the damage of blood vessels. The process is consistent with the theory of qi and blood. Compared with clinical throm bolysis,intervention and other treatment methods,traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-target and multi-effect,which can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response and reduce the formation of atherosclerotic plaques. The Yiqi Huoxue Prescription are commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of atherosclerosis,which are with remarkable curative effect. Combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern pharmacology research,the commonly used Yiqi Huoxue Prescription and monomers have been thoroughly studied,and the mechanism of inhibiting inflammation and anti-atherosclerosis has been proved,which can provide theoretical basis and research ideas for the research on anti-atherosclerosis of Yiqi Huoxue Prescription.
