摘  要:针对传统锚杆支护技术已无法满足大断面煤巷的安全生产要求,提出采用预应力锚杆与锚索结合的支护方法,对大断面煤巷锚杆支护进行设计研究。通过对大断面矩形煤巷围岩的应力变化分析、单锚杆预应力模拟分析、锚杆群预应力模拟分析以及锚杆锚索联合支护分析,完成了锚杆支护设计。将该支护方法应用于某矿后发现,围岩变形较小,支护系统稳定,大断面煤巷安全性得以有效提升,符合相关设计要求。In view of the fact that the traditional anchor rod support technology can no longer meet the safety production requirements of large section coal tunnel, the design study of anchor rod support in large section coal tunnel is proposed by using the support method of combining prestressed anchor rod and anchor cable. The design of anchor rod support was completed by analyzing the stress change of the surrounding rock of rectangular coal tunnel with large section, single anchor rod pre-stress simulation analysis, anchor rod group pre-stress simulation analysis and anchor rod and anchor cable joint support analysis. After applying the method to a coal mine, it was found that the surrounding rock deformation was small, the support system was stable, and the safety of large-section coal tunnel was effectively improved,which met the relevant design requirements.
