煤矿井下大倾角带式输送机的设计研究

摘　　要：以晋北煤业的主斜井钢绳芯带式输送机为研究对象,对18°~25°的大倾角带式输送机设计时的参数选择进行了研究,并对相应采取的安全技术措施进行探讨,以从设计角度避免大倾角带式输送机可能发生的原煤下滑、逆转等事故,保证了整机的安全稳定运行。Taking the main inclined shaft steel rope core belt conveyor of Jinbei Coal Industry as an example,the selection of parameters for the design of large inclination angle belt conveyor of 18°-25°is studied,and the safety technical measures that should be taken are discussed to avoid the possible sliding and reversal of raw coal of large inclination angle belt conveyor from the design perspective and to ensure the safe and stable operation of the whole machine.
