摘 要:为了验证微流量控制阀结构对流动特性的影响,提出了一种组合微流控制阀(CMCV)。研究了该控制阀结构参数对工作特性的影响,以确定控制的静态和动态特性。结果表明,流量调节器各级之间存在负反馈控制,节流孔压降较小补偿后,流量调节偏差减小;孔口面积和流量调节器阀口面积有显著差异,节流孔直径、弹簧刚度、节流孔数量和极限套筒位移与阀门流量稳定值呈正相关;阀口流动面积梯度和流量调节器的初始重叠影响控制阀的流量波动范围和响应时间。A combined microflow control valve(CMCV)is proposed in order to verify the effect of microflow control valve structure on the flow characteristics.The influence of the structural parameters of this control valve on the operating characteristics was investigated to determine the static and dynamic characteristics of the control.The results show that there is negative feedback control between the flow regulator levels,and the flow regulation deviation is reduced after smaller compensation of the throttle orifice pressure drop;there is a significant difference between the orifice area and the flow regulator orifice area,and the throttle diameter,spring stiffness,number of throttle orifices and limit sleeve displacement are positively correlated with the valve flow stability value;the gradient of the orifice flow area and the initial overlap of the flow regulator affect the flow fluctuation range of the control valve and response time.
