摘 要:针对某煤炭企业正在服役的提升绞车滚筒经常出现绞绳混绞的问题,借助ANSYS有限元仿真分析软件,开展了滚筒结构强度的分析工作。结果表明,滚筒结构中间位置存在应力集中和变形是出现绞绳混绞问题的主要原因。通过改进滚筒的直径和宽度,将滚筒中间位置的最大应力降低了34.66 MPa,最大变形量降低了0.26 mm,应用结果显示,改进后的滚筒工作时未出现钢丝混绞问题,应用效果显著。The analysis of the strength of the drum structure was carried out with the help of ANSYS finite element simulation software for the problem that the drum of a coal company's hoisting winch in service often has a mixed winch of the rope,and the results showed that the existence of stress concentration and deformation in the middle of the drum structure is the cause of the mixed winch of the rope.By improving the diameter and width of the drum,the maximum stress in the middle of the drum was reduced by 34.66 MPa and the maximum deformation was reduced by 0.26 mm,and the application results showed that no steel wire mingling problem occurred when the drum was improved.
