摘  要:渣浆泵广泛应用于煤炭的洗选过程,煤液中的悬浮颗粒对叶轮等过流部件造成磨损,影响煤炭的洗选。采用对数螺线的形式对叶片的型线结构进行优化设计,选择四种不同的叶片包角,并对叶轮产生的磨损进行模拟分析。结果表明,100°包角时产生的磨损最小,但此时牺牲了一定的水力性能。在进行渣浆泵的设计使用中,对磨损特性及水力性能要进行综合的考虑,以保证设备洗选的稳定可靠。The slurry pump is widely used in the coal washing process,and the suspended particles in the coal liquid cause wear to the impeller and other overflow parts,which affects the coal washing.The form of logarithmic solenoid is used to optimize the design of the profile structure of the vane,four different vane wrap angles are selected,and the wear generated by the impeller is simulated and analyzed,and the results show that the wear generated at 100°wrap angle is the smallest,but at this time,a certain amount of hydraulic performance is sacrificed.In the design and use of slurry pumps,the wear characteristics and hydraulic performance should be considered comprehensively to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment washout.
