摘  要:由于渣浆泵的叶轮叶片结构对其水力性能具有重要的影响,进而影响煤炭的洗选质量。基于此,为提高渣浆泵的水力性能,对其叶轮叶片结构进行一定的优化设计。在优化设计的两种方案中,经过仿真分析,发现均可提高渣浆泵的扬程及效率,同时增加了轴功率的消耗,对渣浆泵的结构设计及优化具有重要的应用参考意义。Since the impeller blade structure of slurry pump has an important influence on its hydraulic performance, which in turn affects the washing quality of coal, a certain optimized design of its impeller blade structure is carried out to improve the hydraulic performance of slurry pump. In the optimized design of the two options, after simulation analysis, both can improve the head and efficiency of the slurry pump, while increasing the consumption of shaft power, which has an important application reference application for the structural design and optimization of the slurry pump.
