摘 要:针对煤矿液压支架掩护梁常见的结构变形、断裂失效等问题,以ZY3600-20/45型液压支架为研究对象,基于掩护梁受力最恶劣的支架顶梁扭转载荷工况,构建起液压支架三维结构模型和有限元模型,并对掩护梁结构中的薄弱部位进行受力情况仿真分析,发现掩护梁前端耳板处存在明显的应力集中。采取改进优化措施后,进行二次仿真分析。结果显示:前端耳板最大应力值明显减小,受力也更加均匀。该研究对煤矿用液压支架掩护梁结构优化及性能提升具有积极意义。In view of the common structural deformation and fracture failure of the cover beam of hydraulic bracket in coal mine, based on the torsional load condition of the top beam of the bracket taking ZY3600-20/45 hydraulic bracket as an object, the three-dimensional structural model and finite element model of the hydraulic bracket were constructed and the weak parts of the structure of the cover beam were simulated and analyzed, and it was found that there was obvious stress concentration at the front end of the ear plate of the cover beam. After taking improvement and optimization measures, the secondary simulation analysis was carried out. The results showed that the maximum stress value of the front end ear plate was significantly reduced and the force was more uniform. This study has positive significance for the optimization of the structure and performance improvement of the cover beam of hydraulic bracket for coal mine.
