摘 要:针对传统常规超前支护存在的支护盲区多、支护装置较笨重且不易操作等不足,基于某矿支护工作面工程概况,通过把之前的单片前探梁支护改成两片支护,增加支护面积,并为前探梁设计了滑道,让前探梁支护从升降变为了滑移,让间歇性支护变为了连续性支护。经实践表明,改造后的支护技术单进水平更高,工人劳动强度更低,支护安全性更好,可为类似工况下的炮掘巷道超前支护提供参考。In view of the deficiencies of traditional conventional overrun support such as many blind areas of support, bulky support devices and not easy to operate, based on the project profile of a mine support workface, by changing the previous single front probe beam support into two pieces of support, increasing the support area, and designing a slide for the front probe beam, so that the front probe beam support changes from lifting to sliding, and intermittent support becomes continuous support. Practice shows that the modified support technology has a higher level of single advance, lower labor intensity of workers and better safety of support, which can provide reference for over-support of artillery roadway under similar working conditions.
