摘 要:针对永安煤矿旧式重锤+限位锁型风门机械闭锁装置因重锤行程不足而导致其在高度小于3.5m的巷道风门中的灵敏度和可靠性不理想的问题,对旧式闭锁装置进行了优化改进设计,有效扩大闭锁装置的适用范围。将新型闭锁装置在永安煤矿辅助回风下山下段四联巷两道风门中进行了实践应用,效果理想,可以实现两道风门的灵敏可靠闭锁。In response to the problem of unsatisfactory sensitivity and reliability of the old heavy hammer+limit lock type dampers mechanical locking device in the dampers of ducts less than 3.5 m in height due to the insufficient stroke of the heavy hammer in Yongan coal mine, the old locking device was optimized and improved to effectively expand the applicable range of the locking device. The new locking device was applied to two dampers in the lower section of the lower section of the quadruplex of the auxiliary return wind in Yongan coal mine, and the effect was satisfactory, which could realize the sensitive and reliable locking of two dampers.
