摘  要:为了实现远程监控平台的虚拟样机与采煤机的动作一致性,采用OPC技术解决采煤机虚拟现实平台与采煤机S7-300型PLC通信接口不一致的问题,采用C#编程实现了虚拟现实平台与S7-300型PLC的数据交互。结果表明,采煤机虚拟现实平台能够利用OPC技术从采煤机S7-300型PLC中获取实时数据,保证了采煤机远程监控系统的可靠性.In order to realize the consistency of the action between the virtual prototype of remote monitoring platform and coal mining machine, OPC technology is used to solve the problem of inconsistent communication interface between the virtual reality platform of coal mining machine and S7-300 type PLC of coal mining machine, and c# programming is used to realize the data interaction between the virtual reality platform and S7-300 type PLC. The results show that the coal mining machine virtual reality platform can obtain instant data from the coal mining machine S7-300 type PLC using OPC technology, which ensures the reliability of the remote monitoring system of the coal mining machine.
