摘  要:为从整体上提升煤矿生产的自动化、智能化水平,以架空乘人装置为研究对象,在对架空乘人装置基本结构简单概述的基础上,结合其实际工况完成关键部件的选型设计并根据架空乘人装置常见的故障类型,基于PLC控制器采用各类传感器,主要通过发出报警和停机实现对装置的保护,极大地提升了架空乘人装置的运输效率和安全性。In order to improve the overall level of automation and intelligence of coal mine production,we focus on the overhead ride-on device as the research object,and complete the selection and design of key components Based on a brief overview of the basic structure of the overhead ride-on device and its actual working conditions.According to the common types of faults of the overhead ride-on device,the protection of the overhead ride-on device is realized based on PLC controller and various types of sensors,mainly by issuing alarms and stopping the device,which greatly improves the transportation efficiency and safety of the overhead ride-on device.
