摘 要:为进一步实现采煤机智能化、自动化以及无人化运行功能,切实、准确、实时掌握采煤机滚筒、摇臂以及全身的振动情况尤为重要。在对采煤机截割含矸煤层或岩层振动信号采集系统进行整体设计的基础上,重点完成了振动信号采集系统的硬件和软件设计,并根据综采工作面的要求完成防爆壳体的设计,将其安装于采煤机摇臂的重心位置可保证采集信号的准确性。In order to further realize the intelligent,automated and unmanned operation of coal mining machine,it is especially important to grasp the vibration of coal mining machine drum,rocker arm and the whole body accurately and in real time.Based on the overall design of the vibration signal acquisition system for coal mining machine cutting coal or rock seam containing gangue,the hardware and software design of the vibration signal acquisition system is completed,and the design of the explosion-proof housing is completed according to the requirements of the comprehensive mining working face,and it is installed at the center of gravity of the rocker arm to ensure the accuracy of the acquired signals.
