摘  要:为了解决多点驱动输送机系统存在的启动冲击大、多电机功率平衡性差、张紧装置反应速度慢的问题,提出了一种新的带式输送机驱动控制系统。该系统通过双闭环矢量控制、多电机平衡协同控制、智能永磁张紧、输送机打滑抑制等方案实现了多点驱动输送机系统的智能联合控制,使输送机系统的单机运行费用节约了120万元/年,将输送机系统的运行故障发生率降低了76.4%,极大地提高了带式输送机系统的运行经济性和安全性。A new belt conveyor drive control system is proposed in order to solve the problems of large starting shock,poor power balance of multiple motors and slow response of tensioning device in multi-point drive conveyor system.The system realizes the intelligent joint control of multi-point drive conveyor system by adopting the scheme of double closed-loop vector control,multi-motor balance cooperative control,intelligent permanent magnet tensioning,and conveyor slip suppression,which saves the single machine operation cost of the conveyor system by 1.2 million yuan/year,reduces the operation fault of the conveyor system by 76.4%,and greatly improves the operation economy and safety of the belt conveyor system.
