摘  要:针对晋能控股煤业集团某矿机掘与支护施工易出现彼此干扰,严重影响巷道实现快速掘进的问题,基于该矿工程概况,提出了可应用连续型采煤机来进行机掘施工的策略,并具体介绍了割煤、装煤、运煤以及支护工艺。通过应用机掘支护一体化技术,实现了一边掘进一边支护,不仅有效提高了巷道掘进速度,而且提升了巷道支护质量,更好地保障了巷道的安全高效生产。For the problem that the machine excavation and support construction of a mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group are prone to interfere with each other and seriously affect the rapid excavation of the roadway,based on the project profile of the mine,a strategy of continuous coal mining machine can be applied for machine excavation construction is proposed,and the coal cutting,coal loading,coal transportation and support process are introduced specifically.By applying the integrated technology of machine excavation and support,it can realize the support while excavating,which not only effectively improves the speed of roadway excavation,but also has higher quality of roadway support,and better ensures the safe and efficient production of roadway.
