摘　　要：目的为临床合理选用含乙醇手消毒剂提供依据。方法采用计算机检索PubMed、中国知网、万方、维普等数据库中关于含乙醇手消毒剂的相关文献,检索时间为2004年1月至2021年12月,从有效成分和剂型两方面进行归纳与分析。结果含乙醇手消毒剂中有效成分包括葡萄糖酸氯己定、醋酸氯己定、三氯羟基二苯醚、苄索氯铵、苯扎溴铵、正丙醇、异丙醇、过氧化氢等,剂型主要有凝胶、泡沫和液体。结论含乙醇的体积分数及其他有效成分的含量是影响消毒效果的重要因素,可根据不同环境及自身情况选择合适的产品,其剂型的多样性使携带方便,可延缓乙醇的挥发,发挥协同消毒作用。Objective To provide a basis for the rational selection of ethanol-containing hand sanitizers in the clinic.Methods Related studies of ethanol-containing hand sanitizers in the databases such as PubMed,CNKI,WanFang and VIP from January 2004 to December 2021 were searched to conduct summary and analysis from active components and dosage forms of ethanol-containing hand sanitizers.Results Ethanol-containing hand sanitizers mainly contained active components such as chlorhexidine gluconate,chlorhexidine acetate,triclosan,benzethonium chloride,benzyldodecyldimethylammonium bromide,n-propanol,isopropanol and hydrogen peroxide with the main dosage forms of gel,foam and liquid.Conclusion The sanitization effect of ethanol-containing hand sanitizers was mainly affected by the volume fraction of ethanol and the contents of other active components,and we can select appropriate products according to different environments and our own conditions.The diversified dosage forms of ethanol-containing hand sanitizers make it easy to carry and can delay the volatilization of ethanol to play a synergistic sanitization role.
