摘　　要：胆盐激活脂肪酶(BSSL)是主要由胰腺和乳腺分泌的一种脂肪分解酶,具有广泛的底物特异性,包括甘油酯、胆固醇和脂溶性维生素。新生儿外分泌胰腺在出生时并不成熟,因此需要额外补充BSSL;而母乳中BSSL主要由乳腺分泌并通过乳汁传递给婴儿,不仅可以促进婴儿的乳脂的消化,在提高婴儿的免疫力和调节肠道菌群等方面也有着潜在的积极作用,对婴儿的健康有着深远的影响。本文主要从BSSL的来源,分子生物学特征,影响BSSL浓度的因素和功能特性等方面进行了描述,并探讨了BSSL在未来的应用。Bile salt stimulated lipase(BSSL)is a lipolytic enzyme secreted mainly by the pancreas and mammary gland with a wide range of substrate specificity including triglycerides,cholesterol and fat-soluble vitamins.Neonatal exocrine pancreas is immature at birth and therefore requires additional BSSL supplementation.BSSL in breast milk is mainly secreated by mammary gland and transmitted to infants through milk,which can not only promote the digestion of milk fat of infants,but also play a potentially positive role in improving infants'immunity and regulating intestinal flora,and has a profound impact on infants'health.In this paper,BSSL sources,molecular biological characteristics,factors affecting the concentration of BSSL and functional characteristics are described,and the application of BSSL in the future is discussed.
