摘  要:旋流燃烧器是对冲锅炉的主要燃烧设备,其阻力特性对风机电耗、气流组织和煤粉燃烧都有一定影响。借助高效清洁燃煤电站锅炉国家重点实验室的旋流燃烧器冷态试验平台,本文探究旋流叶片角度、风门开度和三次风扩口与中心风出口距离几种常用因素对燃烧器阻力的影响,并对其影响规律进行总结,对工程设计和调试都具有指导意义。Swirl burner is the main combustion equipment of opposed boiler.Its resistance characteristics have a certain impact on fan power consumption,air distribution and pulverized coal combustion.With the help of the cold state test platform of swirl burner in the State Key Laboratory of Efficient and Clean Coal-fired Utility Boilers,this paper explores the influence of several common factors such as swirl blade angle,damper opening and the distance between tertiary air flare and central air outlet on burner resistance,and summarizes its influence law,which has guiding significance for engineering design and commissioning.
