摘 要:利用管式沉降炉(DTF)对三种不同煤进行燃烧热解试验,分析了不同煤的氮元素分布规律及燃烧过程中氮的释放特性。结果表明:高硫贫煤焦炭氮占整个煤中氮的74%左右,中硫面煤和低硫烟煤分别为68%、51%左右;煤粉中氮在炉膛入口500mm基本上释放完全,煤粉进入炉膛1.5s内就能释放90%以上的氮。随着煤质程度的增加,氮释放所需要的时间呈现增加趋势。The combustion and pyrolysis experiments of three different coals were carried out in DTF,and the distribution of nitrogen and the release characteristics of nitrogen during combustion were analyzed.The results show that high sulfur lean coal Nchar accounts for 74% of the total coal nitrogen,medium sulfur coal and low sulfur coal are 68% and 51% respectively;nitrogen in coal is basically released completely at 500 mm of furnace inlet,and more than 90% of nitrogen can be released within 1.5 s after coal enters the furnace.With the increase of rank of coal,the amount of time of nitrogen released increases.
