摘  要:本文以某1000MW超超临界锅炉高温再热器为例,进行集箱静压特性计算方法的对比,通过数值模拟和CE计算方法两种方法进行计算对比。计算结果显示:两种方法计算的静压差基本一致,两种方法计算的管屏流量分布趋势一致,数值有很小的差异。说明两种计算方法均可用于计算集箱静压特性。Taking the high temperature reheater of a 1000 MW ultra supercritical boiler as an example,this paper compares the calculation methods of header static pressure characteristics,and compares the calculation methods of numerical simulation and CE calculation.The results show that the static pressure difference calculated by the two methods is basically the same,the flow distribution trend of the tube panel calculated by the two methods is consistent,and there is a small difference between the values.It shows that the two methods can be used to calculate the static pressure characteristics of header.
