摘　　要：1966年处中国三线建设时期,我国第二个核原料工业基地选址于重庆市涪陵区白涛镇乌江畔,工程代号816,建设之初即被列为绝密级军事机密,地名“白涛”也随之从地图上一度消失。近二十年,数万人在青山绿水间隐名战斗,奉献青春,最终建成世界上规模最大的山体地下洞体工程。随着国际国内局势发生重大变化,1984年国务院和中央军委正式决定816工程停建O2002年,工程解密.In 1966,which was in the period of China's third-line construction,the second base of nuclear raw materials of China was located on the bank of Wujiang River in Baitao Township of Fuling District under Chongqing Municipality.The project named 816 was rated as a top military secret at the beginning of the construction,and the name of Baitao disappeared from the map accordingly for a time.In nearly 20 years,thousands of people devoted their youth by in an anonymous way.Finally,the world's largest underground mountain project was completed.With the remarkable changes of the situations at home and abroad,in 1984,the State Council and the Central Military Commissi on officially decided to termi-nate 816 Project.In 2002,the project was decrypted.
