摘　　要：在当前加快构建“双循环”新发展格局的背景下,我国企业亟须加快推进国际物流网络体系建设,保障国家产业链供应链安全,支撑国内国际大循环。通过对FedEx、UPS和DHL三家全球领先的国际快递公司的国际业务发展与物流网络建设的研究,发现完善的国际物流网络、灵活的资本运作手段和不断升级的科技水平是快递物流企业发展国际业务的关键要素。基于此,我国快递物流企业在海外拓展中,要制定清晰的顶层战略,注重采用收购、兼并等资本运作方式,逐步构建自主可控的国际物流网络,不断提升国际物流市场竞争力。In the context of the current "Double Cycling" new development pattern, my country’s enterprises need to accelerate the construction of international logistics network system, protect the security of national industrial chain supply chain,and support domestic international circulation. Through the research of the international business development and logistics network construction of Fedex, UPS and DHL, the research of logistics network construction, the improved international logistics network, flexible capital operation methods and continuous upgraded science and technology level are express logistics enterprises development international business Key elements. Based on this, my country’s express delivery logistics enterprises have to develop clear top-level strategies, pay attention to adopting capital operations such as acquisition, mergers, and gradually construct independently controllable international logistics networks, and continuously enhance international logistics market competitiveness.
