摘 要:矿产资源是我国经济社会发展的重要物质基础,长期以来为我国经济社会发展提供了坚实的资源保障。基于碳达峰、碳中和及矿业高质量发展目标,系统阐述了我国矿产资源开发现状及存在的主要问题,分析了我国矿业实现智能、绿色、高质量发展的必要性和紧迫性。针对我国矿业智能绿色发展需求,提出智能绿色矿业的内涵与特征,构建了智能绿色矿业体系整体构架,分析确定了智能绿色矿业六大体系建设内容,提出推动我国矿业智能、绿色、高质量发展的措施建议。Mineral resources are the main energy resources for China’s economic and social development and have provided a solid resource guarantee for China’s economic and social development for a long time.Based on the goal of carbon peak,carbon neutralization and high quality development of mining industry,the present situation and main problems of mineral resources development in China are systematically analyzed,and the necessity and urgency of intelligent,green and high quality development of mining industry in China are studied and determined.Aiming at the demand of intelligent green development of mining industry in China,the technical connotation and main characteristics of intelligent green mining industry are put forward,the overall framework of intelligent green mining system is constructed,the construction contents of six intelligent green mining systems are analyzed and determined,and the measures and suggestions for realizing intelligent,green and high-quality development of mining industry in China are put forward.
