摘  要:分析传统能源大省山西能源生产和消费的总量及其构成、特点,概括了山西省传统能源、新能源开发利用情况及存在问题,探索提出在能源绿色低碳转型阶段和“双碳”战略下,山西省传统能源和清洁能源创新、协同发展路径,并提出具体措施与建议。研究认为:山西省传统能源和新能源的“协同创新”发展,本质上是改革能源供给结构和供给质量,实现能源供给从量到质的转变,核心在于传统高碳能源低碳发展,清洁能源规模化高质量发展,实现传统能源、化石能源和新能源、清洁能源的协调互补,推进从传统化石能源体系向清洁低碳能源体系转型。This paper analyzes the total amount,composition and characteristics of energy production and consumption in Shanxi,a traditional energy province,summarizes the development and utilization situation and existing problems of traditional energy and new energy in Shanxi,explores the innovative and coordinated development path of traditional energy and clean energy in Shanxi under the green and low-carbon energy transition stage and the double-carbon strategy,and puts forward specific measures and suggestions.The research on“collaborative innovation”development of traditional energy and new energy in Shanxi is essentially to reform the energy supply structure and quality,realize the transformation of energy supply from quantity to quality,and the core lies in the low-carbon development of traditional high-carbon energy,large-scale and high-quality development of clean energy,realize the coordination and complementarity of traditional energy,fossil energy,new energy and clean energy,and promote the transformation from traditional fossil energy system to clean low-carbon energy system.
