基于组合赋权与优劣距离解的城市更新背景下名人故居保护与发展的方案比选

摘　　要：城市更新是时代发展的体现,但从早期国内外城市更新开始,二者大多采取拆除或是重建的模式用以改造年代久远的建筑。这对于拥有古建筑的历史城市而言,文化层面的损失是无法估量的。所以为了选择合理的保护与发展方案,本研究选择隶属于古建筑中的名人故居为例,从影响城市更新以及名人故居的共同因素中选择地理、政策、经济和环境四方面建立指标体系,并通过组合赋权计算12个指标权重,利用优劣距离解模型结合权重计算出正负理想点以及四个方案下的综合评价指数。研究结果表明,建立具有针对性的故居保护法律法规为保护方案中的最优选择,建立故居纪念馆为发展方案的最优选择。Urban renewal is the embodiment of the development of The Times.However,since the early urban renewal at home and abroad,most of them have taken the mode of demolition or reconstruction to transform the old buildings.For a historic city with ancient buildings,the loss of culture is immeasurable.So in order to select reasonable protection and development scheme,choice belongs to the old ancient buildings in this study,for example,from the common factors influencing the old city renewal and select the geography,policy,economy and environment four aspects:establishing index systems,and through the combination of empowerment 12 index weight calculation,using the advantages and disadvantages from solution model combined with the weight to calculate the positive and negative ideal point,and the comprehensive evaluation index under the four schemes.The results show that the establishment of targeted laws and regulations for the protection of former residences was the best choice of the protection scheme,and the establishment of former residences memorial hall was the best choice of the development scheme.
