摘　　要：俄国十月革命前后,李大钊开始以马克思主义来解释并试图解决中国包括人权在内的重大问题。社会主义社会是他希望人民都能过上人权有保障的美好幸福生活的社会。他认为,必须以革命的方式解决国外帝国主义、国内武人军阀的压迫与中国人民之间的矛盾,这样才能在中国建立国家享有主权、人民享有人权的社会主义社会。李大钊还根据唯物史观,对包括人道主义、平民主义以及博爱、自由、平等和道德等问题,进行了大量的研究。李大钊一生的奋斗历程,同党领导人民为国家争主权、为人民谋幸福的历史紧密相连。李大钊的人权思想,是马克思主义中国化的重要组成部分和理论成果。在庆祝中国共产党成立一百周年之际和目前正在进行的党史学习教育活动中,对李大钊的人权思想,有继续进行深入研究的理论价值和现实意义。Before and after the October Revolution in Russia,Li Dazhao began to use Marxism to explain and try to solve China’s major issues including human rights.Socialism is a society in which he hopes people can live a good and happy life with guaranteed human rights.He believed that the contradictions between the foreign imperialists,the oppression of the domestic military warlords and the Chinese people must be solved in a revolutionary way,so that a socialist society in which the state enjoyed sovereignty and the people enjoyed human rights could be established in China.Li Dazhao also conducted a lot of research on such issues as humanitarianism,populism,fraternity,freedom,equality and morality according to historical materialism.The struggle of Li Dazhao’s life was closely linked to the history of the Party leading Chinese people in fighting for national sovereignty and seeking happiness for the people.Li Dazhao’s thought of human rights is an important part and theoretical achievement of the sinicization of Marxism.On the occasion of commemorating the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and in the ongoing Party history learning and education activities,it is of theoretical value and practical significance to further study his thought of human rights.
