摘 要:车载称重系统是一种用于测量车载重量的称重仪器,可弥补传统静态称重系统、动态称重系统和便携式称重仪在治理车辆超载等方面存在的不足,具有广阔的应用前景。该文概述车载称重系统的研究背景和研究意义,简要叙述车载称重系统的基本构成、工作流程、发展历史和功能拓展,重点从车载称重系统实现称重的三个阶段:测量方法、降噪算法、称重算法,对车载称重系统的研究现状进行阐述,总结实现称重的三个阶段可选用的方案,并且对每个方案的实现原理、优缺点和适用范围进行分析,最后根据现有技术存在的不足,展望车载称重系统的发展趋势。The on-board weighing system is a kind of weighing instrument used to measure vehicle weight,which makes up for the shortcomings of traditional static weighing system,dynamic weighing system and portable weighing instrument in the treatment of vehicle overload,and has broad application prospects.This paper summarizes the research background and significance of the on-board weighing system,and briefly describes the basic structure,work flow,development history and function expansion of the on-board weighing system.Focusing on the three stages of on-board weighing system:measurement method,noise reduction algorithm,and weighing algorithm,the research status of on-board weighing system is described,and the options available for the three stages of weighing are summarized,and the implementation principle,advantages and disadvantages,and application scope of each option are analyzed.Finally,according to the shortcomings of the existing technology,the development trend of on-board weighing system is prospected.
