摘  要:SF_(6)气体密度继电器广泛应用于电力系统中,是电力系统中重要的保护和控制设备,其可靠性直接关系到SF_(6)绝缘设备的安全运行,因此对其进行定期校验非常重要。该文针对四川电网发现的充油型SF_(6)气体密度继电器触点回路故障进行详细分析,利用解体检测、化学分析等手段进行研究,结果显示故障原因为阻尼油酸值超标,加速了阻尼油劣化,电阻较高的阻尼油劣化产物积聚于触点周围,阻断告警和闭锁信号的正常发出。最后针对SF_(6)气体密度继电器触点回路故障提出了处理建议和改进措施。The SF_(6) gas density relay has been widely used in electrical power systems,which is an important protection and control equipment for SF_(6) insulation equipments.To ensure its reliability,periodically checking is of great significance.In this paper,the contact circuit fault of oil filled SF_(6) gas density relay in Sichuan power grid were analyzed in detail,and the research was carried out by means of disassembly detection and chemical analysis.The results showed that the organic acids in damping oils would corrode metal contact and accelerate the deterioration of damping oil.Moreover,the deterioration products of damping oil could accumulate around the metal contacts and cut off the alarm circuit.Finally,some improvement measures have been provided for eliminating these defects.
