摘　　要：针对传统不动产电子证照服务中数据共享困难,信息孤岛情况严重、业务敏捷性低、业务开放能力僵化等问题,研究区块链技术在不动产电子证照系统中的具体应用。通过区块链技术构建“1+31+N”的全国统一区块链不动产电子证照应用系统,在不动产登记、多部门数据共享、区块链电子证照等领域,开展示范应用,形成可持续发展的区块链政务技术创新生态,促进技术、产业与应用集成创新。通过其信息不可篡改的特性保证不动产电子证照信息的安全且信息全链可追溯,从而提高政务工作效率及人民群众的办事效率。Aiming at the problems of difficulties of data sharing,serious information island situation,low business agility,rigid business opening capabilities and so on in traditional real estate electronic license service,the specific application of Blockchain technology in real estate electronic license system is studied.Build a“1+31+N”national unified Blockchain real estate electronic license application system through Blockchain technology,and carry out demonstration applications in the fields of real estate registration,multi-department data sharing,and Blockchain electronic license to form the sustainable and developmental Blockchain government technology innovation ecology and promote the integrated innovation of technology,industry and application.Through the tamper proof characteristics of its information,ensure the security of real estate electronic license information and the traceability of the whole information chain,so as to improve the efficiency of government affairs and the efficiency of the people.
