摘　　要：针对如何提升舞台机械系统控制系统可靠性的需求,在现有舞台机械控制系统的基础上,从系统的高可靠性、高性价比的角度出发,研发了一种基于SIMATIC S7-1500H的舞台机械冗余控制系统。该系统先是利用S7-1500H搭建PLC冗余和环网冗余的硬件结构,然后通过软件设计实现设备运动控制、系统实时监控功能,最后经过对冗余控制系统进行试验验证。试验结果表明该系统能够有效降低舞台机械控制系统的故障率,提升系统的可靠性。In order to improve the reliability of stage machinery control system,a stage machinery redundancy control system based on SIMATIC S7-1500H is developed on the basis of the existing stage machinery control system and from the perspective of high reliability and high cost performance.This system firstly uses S7-1500h to build the hardware structure of PLC redundancy and loop network redundancy,and then realizes the function of equipment movement control and system real-time monitoring through software design.Finally,the redundant control system is tested and verified,which demonstrate that this system can effectively reduce the failure rate of stage machinery control system and improve the reliability of the system.
