摘　　要：文章结合邯钢中板厂轧机推床的实际情况,在总结经验的基础上阐述了磁致伸缩传感器的工作原理、应用特性及可靠性高等优点,通过优化推床标定程序,标定效果更好,并且指出了现场推床位移传感器的一些常见问题,为以后故障判断提供依据。The article combines the actual situation of the rolling mill push bed in Hansteel Medium Plate Factory,and on the basis of summarized experience,expounds the working principle,application characteristics and high reliability of the magnetostrictive sensor.By optimizing the calibration procedure of the push bed,the calibration effect is better,and some common problems of on-site push bed displacement sensors are found,which provide a basis for future fault judgment.
