摘　　要：调度交换机是电力调度通信网的核心设备,本文主要针对内蒙古电网调度通信网现有情况进行分析研究,实现IP化语音通信及新业务(视频业务)的引入。IP化语音通信可用于现有PCM放号的替代方式,具有集成度高、灵活性强的优点;调度交换网通过IP化改造,具备与视频会议系统对接的能力,可以将现有的调度交换系统与视频会议系统实现互联互通,将语音通信升级为视频通信业务。The dispatching switch is the core equipment of the power dispatching communication network.This article mainly analyzes and researches the current situation of the dispatching communication network in Inner Mongolia Power Grid,and realizes the introduction of IP-based voice communication and new services(video services).IP-based voice communication can be used as an alternative to the existing PCM number assignment,and has the advantages of high integration and strong flexibility;through IP-based transformation of the dispatching and switching network,it has the ability to connect with the video conference system,and can interconnect the existing dispatching and switching networks with the video conference system,and the voice communication is upgraded to the video communication service.
