摘 要:二维材料Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx MXene具有大的比表面积、良好的导电性以及表面易于调节等特质,因而在传感、催化、能源等领域受到广泛的关注。该论文制备了AuNPs/Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx三维复合材料,利用其构建了葡萄糖生物传感器。X射线衍射、紫外可见吸收、微分脉冲伏安法、循环伏安法、电化学交流阻抗法对制备的三维复合材料进行结构与性质表征。将构建的电致化学发光(ECL)葡萄糖生物传感器用于葡萄糖检测,得到了较高的灵敏度和较宽的线性检测范围(100~5000μmol/L),具有良好的应用潜力。Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx MXene,a two-dimensional material,has been widely concerned in sensing,catalysis,energy and other fields because of its large specific surface area,good electrical conductivity and easy surface adjustment.In this work,AuNPs/Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx three-dimensional composite material was prepared and used to construct glucose biosensor.The structure and properties of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),UV-Vis absorption,differential pulse voltammetry,cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance.The constructed electrochemiluminescence(ECL)glucose biosensor was applied to glucose detection,and a high sensitivity and wide linear detection range(100~5000μmol/L)were obtained.
