摘　　要：自动化固井技术的发展是石油行业工程技术支撑和保障能力的重要标志,但国内自动化固井技术目前还处于起步阶段,其所需的自动化固井装备还未成型。鉴于此,研制了固井自动监控水泥头及闸阀系统,创新开发了由自动水泥头、闸阀监控橇和自动控制系统组成的软硬件系统,实现了固井作业井口操作的远程监控和自动化控制,使作业人员远离井口高压区,提高了作业人员的安全性,同时开发出现场作业数据实时采集与操作控制系统,解决了现场作业施工精准性和工序衔接紧密性不足的问题,提升了固井作业的可靠性和精准度。现场应用结果表明,该系统远程操作动作执行到位,现场作业数据采集准确,并与其他自动化固井装备联动成功,工序衔接紧密快捷。固井自动监控水泥头及闸阀系统的研制成功为全流程自动化固井工艺技术核心攻关奠定了重要的井口装备基础。Automatic cementing technology is an important symbol of engineering technical support and guarantee capacity in the petroleum industry.However,the development of automatic cementing technique in China is still in an initial stage,and the required automatic cementing equipment is not ready.Under this background,a set of cement head and gate valve system for automatic monitoring cementing was developed,and the software and hardware system composed of automatic cement head,gate valve monitoring skid and automatic control system was innovatively designed.These systems realize the remote monitoring and automatic control of wellhead operation in cementing operation and improves the safety of workers by keeping them away from wellhead high-pressure area.Meanwhile,a real-time field data acquisition and operation control system was developed,which solves the deficiencies in accuracy of field operation and closed linking between working processes,and improves the reliability and accuracy of cementing operations.The field application results show that,this system realizes remote control of operations,accurate field data acquisition,successful linkage with other automatic cementing equipment and fast connection with other processes.This cement head and gate valve system for automatic monitoring cementing lays an important wellhead equipment foundation for the development of whole-process automatic cementing technique.
